A beautiful morning! Woke up from a dream about masturbating and desperately wanted to finish off!! My temp was just below the coverline, but still high enough to be ok (I hope!). Made the most of my rare horniness and then had another afternoon in the park. Lots of breathing and positive thoughts again.
Got a tiny bit of shooting pain when I was making dinner this evening but think it was down to hunger more than anything else.
